Return & Exchange Policies
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, following these Terms & Conditions:
- Reporting Issues: If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Be sure to include photographic evidence of both the product and its packaging.
- Return Conditions: The item you’re returning must be unused, complete, and in its original condition with tags and intact packaging. Any damage, tampering, or missing parts will result in the return being declined.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Requests made after the specified 3-day period.
- Items damaged through use, tampered with, or missing parts, or with packaging not in its original state.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
- Items that were specially ordered upon customer request.
- Products not purchased from our website.
- Shipping Costs: The cost of returning or exchanging an item will be borne by the customer. However, if the item received is damaged or the wrong size was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs by arranging for a courier to collect the item from your address.

- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and accepted according to our “Return & Exchange Policy.”
- Processing Time
- Refunds will be issued within 10 working days after we receive the returned goods.
- Deductions
- Bank charges and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the order was shipped with “Free Shipping,” the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
